Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By visiting and/or using this website in any manner, including browsing products or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

At times, you may add a product to your shopping cart and submit an order for processing, but the order may subsequently be cancelled due to product unavailability. You acknowledge that products may sell out quickly, and there may be instances where a product becomes unavailable shortly after an order has been placed. In such cases, you agree that we may cancel your order, even after an Order Confirmation has been issued, without penalty.

Information on the Site

Crown Facet is committed to providing current and accurate information across our website, email, chat, and telephone communications. However, we do not warrant that all information provided is always accurate, complete, or error-free.

In rare instances, information, including pricing, may be displayed incorrectly on our Site due to system, technical, or typographical errors. Any inadvertent errors or incorrectly advertised prices are not binding on Crown Facet and may be corrected at any time without prior notice.

While we make every effort to avoid such occurrences, errors may occasionally happen. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies once identified and are not obligated to honor incorrect or erroneous pricing.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price lower than its actual price, Crown Facet may, at its sole discretion:

  • Contact you for further instructions before shipping the product; or

  • Cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation.

In cases where an order has already been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the charged amount and the correct price.

All product prices are subject to change without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We strive to provide comprehensive product information to help you understand the beauty, appearance, and specifications of each item. In accordance with industry standards and FTC regulations, Crown Facet states that the total carat weight of purchases may vary by up to 0.03 carats from the stated weight. For gemstone and diamond measurements, a tolerance of 0.15 mm is permissible.

Product measurements displayed on our Site are based on manufacturing specifications. Minor variations may occur due to finishing processes during production. Machine-made wedding bands may have a width tolerance of up to 0.20 mm, while cast-manufactured rings may vary slightly more.

All product measurements are taken to the best of our ability. However, Crown Facet shall not be held responsible for any discrepancies in measurements, including weight, dimensions, or other specifications.

For products containing multiple diamonds or gemstones, we provide average grading and measurements related to quality, color, clarity, and carat weight. These averages are determined by assessing all applicable grades and measurements associated with a particular piece of merchandise and calculating the closest average.

Any information communicated by Crown Facet should not be considered a binding contract. The sole remedy available to a customer acting upon incorrect information is to request cancellation of an order placed based on such information.

Pricing

Prices displayed on Crown Facet are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are valid and applicable only within the United States. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Payment Information

Once you have selected a product, applied any coupon codes or gift cards, and entered shipping details, you will be prompted to provide payment information.

By submitting your payment information and placing an order, you authorize Crown Facet and its third-party payment processors to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method.

Order Approval and Cancellation

Receipt of an order confirmation message from Crown Facet only confirms that your order request has been successfully received. Customer orders are not considered accepted by Crown Facet until they have been reviewed, processed, and approved at our headquarters.

Crown Facet is under no obligation to fulfill any customer order and reserves the right to cancel products or services for any customer, at any time and for any reason, at its sole discretion. In such cases, the customer’s sole remedy shall be a full refund of any funds collected by Crown Facet in relation to the canceled products and/or services.

Website Use

Crown Facet grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use our website (“Site”), including electronically copying (except where prohibited without a license) and printing hard-copy portions of Site materials for informational, personal, and non-commercial use only.

This license is subject to these Terms and Conditions and does not permit:

  1. The collection or use of any images, product listings, or descriptions for commercial purposes.

  2. Any commercial use or resale of our Site or any Site materials contained therein.

  3. The public performance, distribution, or display of any Site materials.

  4. The use of automated methods to access, examine, or interact with any portion of our Site, including but not limited to data mining, extraction tools, robots, spiders, scraping, or similar data-gathering technologies.

  5. Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works from our Site, Site materials, or any portion thereof.

  6. Downloading any part of our Site, Site materials, or contained information (other than page caching), except where expressly permitted by Crown Facet.

  7. Using our website in any manner that interferes with or disrupts the normal functioning of the Site.

  8. Displaying pop-ups, pop-unders, exit windows, expanding buttons, advertisements, banners, or any elements that minimize, obscure, frame, or interfere with the full display and intended experience of our Site.

  9. Any use of the Site or Site materials beyond their intended purpose.

Any unauthorized use of our Site or Site materials, other than as expressly permitted herein and without prior written consent from Crown Facet, is strictly prohibited and will immediately terminate the license granted under these Terms and Conditions.

Such unauthorized use may also violate applicable laws, including but not limited to trademark laws, copyright laws, communication regulations, and related statutes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted as granting any license or right to intellectual property, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

This license is revocable at any time at Crown Facet’s discretion.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, Crown Facet reserves the sole right and discretion to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to specific website users or Crown Facet account holders who, under appropriate circumstances, are determined to be repeat infringers.

Crown Facet further reserves the right to limit access to the website and/or terminate accounts of users reasonably suspected of infringing the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether repeat infringement has occurred.
