Shipping policy

Free Domestic, Insured Shipping 

We offer complimentary insured shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. Customers may also choose expedited shipping options at an additional charge.

We strive to dispatch all orders within 3 business days. However, during public holidays or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take up to 5 business days. Please note that estimated delivery timelines are indicative and begin from the date of dispatch. Once shipped, orders typically take 2–5 business days for delivery, depending on your postal code (pincode).

International Shipping

At present, free shipping is not available on international orders, including returns and exchanges. Applicable shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Return Shipping

Customers are required to independently arrange return shipping and bear the associated postage costs.

Reporting Delays, Loss, or Tampering

Crown Facet has partnered with trusted courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your order. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors such as weather conditions, incorrect shipping details, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In certain situations, an alternative shipping method may be used to help ensure timely delivery to your destination.

In the rare event that your shipment is tampered with, delayed, or lost in transit, we request that you notify GemsNY within 3 business days of receiving your tracking details. Please note that shipping charges, wherever applicable, are non-refundable.

Important Information 

If a shipped order is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer (typographical or otherwise) or failure to accept the delivery (including refusal of acceptance or unavailability at the delivery location), a fee will be charged to cover the complete shipping and insurance costs associated with the failed shipment.
