Refund policy
We offer a simple and straightforward 30-day money-back return policy on eligible purchases. Our risk-free return policy is designed to provide confidence and peace of mind while shopping with us.
This policy is subject to the following conditions:

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any returns received after this period will not be eligible for acceptance.

All accompanying certificates provided with the purchase must be returned along with the product.

Returns will not be accepted for loose gemstones that have been set into jewelry by a third-party jeweler.

Returned products must be in new, unworn, and unaltered condition, and must include the original packaging and all accessories. Any missing accessories may result in deductions from the refund amount.

Returns will not be accepted if the tag or seal label has been cut, removed, detached, or broken.

Personalized and Made-to-Order products are not eligible for returns unless found to be spurious or defective.
Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the returned item has been delivered and approved upon quality inspection. Once processed, it may take an additional 2 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or financial institution’s processing timelines.

Shipping charges, international customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as we currently do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Missing accompanying certificates may result in the replacement cost being deducted from the refund amount (minimum $125, though the amount may vary depending on the certificate or appraisal involved).
- Certification charges for gemstones requested on a special basis are non-refundable.
